At Miftaah Tour & Travels, we understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent for all our customers.

If a booking is cancelled more than 15 days before the travel date, a minimal processing fee may be charged, and the remaining amount will be refunded. For cancellations made between 7 to 15 days before the travel date, a partial refund will be provided after deducting applicable service and booking charges. If the cancellation is made within 7 days of the travel date, a higher cancellation charge will apply due to prior arrangements with hotels and transport services.

No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 48 hours of the travel date or for no-shows. In case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disruptions, weather conditions, or government restrictions, we will try our best to reschedule your trip or provide alternative solutions, subject to availability.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original mode of payment. Please note that certain bookings such as peak season reservations, special packages, or third-party services may have separate cancellation terms.
